Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be responsible for leading Renoir’s Learning & Development function, providing an L&D Business partner service globally, and ensuring that a quality L&D service is in place. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be working collaboratively with regional heads, line managers, and employees to embed a learning culture within the organisation for the full employee lifecycle, starting with delivering induction training for our new joiners right through to managing and supporting the delivery of probation reviews, performance evaluations, and learning plans, assessing performance reviews, and supporting employees and managers in their continuous professional development and progression within the company. You will report to the Chief of Staff and will have overall responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering training interventions across the Renoir Group in line with the needs of the organisation and individual learning and development plans.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBIITIES

  • Lead the planning, design, development, and delivery of our learning programme, working with key stakeholders across the organisation and initiating innovative interventions that support the needs of our people.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to understand and gather insights into the needs of the business and create strategies that meet these needs.
  • Work with managers to identify training needs across the business and, where appropriate, design, develop, and deliver in-house training sessions for our people.
  • Provide strategic day-to-day L&D support to drive delivery.
  • Provide company-wide training that needs analysis.
  • Facilitate online and face-to-face learning where required and work with managers to identify where support is required, ensuring that learning is effectively embedded.
  • Design, develop, and maintain a Learning Management System to ensure it supports business requirements and that the people data is accurate and up-to-date for reporting to the wider organisation.
  • Lead the design and implementation of engaging L&D communications to promote, inform, and engage our people with L&D offers and developments regarding training events.
  • Working with regional heads and senior managers to develop and implement career progression programmes for their teams and be the point of contact for advice and support.
  • Manage the development and implantation of processes aligned to induction, probation, and talent development.
  • Analyse organisational and regional training needs from data from the Performance Reviews and work with regional partners to define development plans for their areas linked to succession planning information.
  • Contribute to internal L&D processes and policy reviews and ensure processes and policies are widely communicated and are having the required impact.
  • Provide reports and briefings as required, including reports to regional heads and/or the Senior Management team at operational and strategic meetings.
  • Work in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines, both internal and external.
  • Keep abreast of policy and professional development within your professional area of expertise.
