QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience leading learning and development strategies, preferably within the real estate or finance industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms; proficiency with Trainual is a plus.
- Certification in Learning and Development is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Training Strategy: Enhance and execute a learning and development strategy that aligns with the company’s goals to push performance, customer service, and internal processes across all teams.
- Create and Manage Training Modules: Build and maintain comprehensive training modules and certification programs that support the development and growth of team members within the organization.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis: Perform regular training needs analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans for implementation across the company.
- Integrate and Manage Trainual: Build and organize content structures, best practices, policies, communication plans, SOPs, and training materials within the Trainual system for easy access and use.
- Enhance Leadership Programs: Work with team leaders to enhance leadership programs across the organization, ensuring leaders are well-equipped to drive company goals through solid program management.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with various departments to identify gaps in workflows and implement training and process development to bridge these gaps effectively.
- Create and Organize Learning Resources: Develop and manage a library of learning resources, ensuring they are organized for easy access and use by all employees.
- Influence Service Culture: Instill processes and tools to drive consistent service delivery and common service behaviors across the division, contributing to a strong service culture within the business.
- Resource Utilization: Track and report on the usage and accessibility of learning resources across the organization.
- Training Effectiveness: Measure the impact of training programs through employee performance improvements and feedback.
