The Address Collective are hiring a Learning & Development Manager (Operations)
You will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the learning & development team to provide exceptional learning and development initiatives to our teams based across 5 hotels
  • Drive learning and development initiatives on needs assessment, skills identification, content generation and leveraging our systems and tools to provide multi-channel training solutions to employees
  • Partner with our managers to provide expert coaching in the support of our key programmes
  • Manage the learning & development budgetEnsure that all hotels meet the required standards in areas such as customer service, health and safety, and mandatory training. Additionally, take the initiative to develop and implement your own training programs

  • Have grown your experience in learning and development over the last 5 years
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Studies or a related discipline
  • Qualified Manual Handler
  • Qualified H&S Trainer
  • Operational Experience
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Are systems savvy with experience in the use of a variety of learning tools and systems
  • Thrive in a hands-on environment focusing on agility and velocity
