Responsibilities:

  • Supporting AXA XL’s Talent mission to enhance colleague capability and drive performance within the regions.
  • Responsible for driving and facilitating Learning & Development initiatives in the region, ensuring they are aligned with the enterprise-wide L&D strategy while meeting local needs.
  • Ensuring that AXA XL colleagues have a consistent, positive, empowering experience while they work towards their career aspirations.
  • Designing and delivering learning and development programmes locally.
  • Consulting on local training and teambuilding needs.
  • Designing and driving e-learning solutions via YES Learning (Cornerstone), LinkedIn Learning and other tools.
  • Continuously evaluating developmental activities and resources locally and in accordance with the centre.
  • Driving 70 / 20 / 10 development model for the enterprise within the region.
  • Assessing and delivering multiple methods of training delivery for most impactful and cost-effective solution.
  • Maintaining advisory/consultative relationships with key stakeholders locally.
  • Continuously evaluating local developmental activities and resources
