Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager of Learning and Talent Development to lead our firm’s learning and talent development initiatives. This role will have a strong focus on creating and implementing initiatives and programmes that enhance team member and partner performance, leadership and commercial capability, and ensure the development of future leaders, with particular attention to compliance and regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in supporting talent management, partner and executive development, and succession planning efforts across the firm.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Design and implement an integrated learning and talent development strategy that supports both business goals and individual career progression.
  • Identify and address skill gaps, develop learning pathways, and design programmes that support professional growth, foster leadership capability and readiness for future roles across all levels of the firm.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture and senior leadership to define and drive the firm’s talent management and succession planning strategy.
  • Implement talent assessment frameworks to identify leadership gaps and development opportunities, ensuring that there is a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Support partner and executive development by creating customised development and mentoring programmes that align with the firm’s strategic goals.
  • Lead the design and delivery of learning programmes across a variety of formats (e-learning, classroom, workshops, on-the-job training, coaching) to enhance both professional skills.
  • Lead initiatives related to compliance and quality training, ensuring that the firm adheres to industry standards.
  • Ensure all development programmes meet mandatory compliance requirements, and implement systems to track and report completion to relevant stakeholders and regulatory bodies, including the monitoring of CPD and the process for consequence management
  • Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of data on compliance, talent development outcomes, and programme effectiveness, ensuring alignment with internal audits and external regulatory
