Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience on a similar position.
  • Experience in sales as a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate & communicate the learning courses and collaborate with trainers and candidates to ensure seamless experience for the learners and managers.
  • Manager trainings in our Sales Enablement Platform. Manage certification for all learners. Continual development and maintenance of role-based training programs.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other teams across the organization to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Commercial Events: Support in the planning & organization of commercial kick off (face to face) & other virtual events throughout the year.
  • Test & Improve: Coordinate test and improve sessions with multiple stakeholders to help sales managers get the fresh perspectives needed to accelerate specific sales cases.
  • Ensure Swift response on updates needed to the Handbooks and Playbooks on the back of learning loops.
  • Energize and nurture the Sales community.
  • Update the Commercial Onboarding program and implement it in HighSpot.
