Department: People & Culture (P&C)
Reports to: Learning and Development Lead, ARC’One
Location: New Westminster, BC
Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Learning and Development Specialist, you will be a key driver in shaping and delivering learning programs across our warehouse and distribution center. You will lead initiatives such as onboarding (Basecamp), leadership development workshops, and MicroPeaks, a microlearning program tailored to the unique needs of our employees. Your role will focus on designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs to support the growth and performance of individuals and teams.
You will work closely with the L&D Team and the People & Culture department. Your role will help inspire the personal and professional growth and leadership development of every Arc’teryx team member.
This role is primarily based out of our New Westminster office and is open to hybrid remote.

The L&D team is responsible for the warehouse and distribution centre learning experiences at Arc’One, delivered both in-person and online. This team operates in strategic partnership with the business, driving continuous learning and development of people and leadership practices and fostering a culture that generates high-performance teams, strengths-based coaching, and values-based leadership. We work with various cross-functional partners to support organization-wide initiatives.
