JOB DESCRIPTION

Danfoss Climate Solutions, Electronic Controllers and Services, is looking for a Position as Learning and Development Specialist for our Product Support team and for our Electronic Controller Products.
In this position you will have full value chain responsibility to service our colleagues with the planning of trainings based on regional requests, supporting and planning webinars and e-Lessons with and from our Product experts, coordinate activities related to content publications, lead learning and development project like our Mentor and Mentee Platform and much more.
Further You will be our regional point of contact in a global position. You will work cross functional with other departments like Product Management, DevOps Engineering Teams, Sales and local Service, Production and Quality. You will work inside a very dynamic and agile team where taking ownership is a daily task, to secure Service and Support for our customers and colleagues.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

On a personal level, you are customer oriented, have a positive attitude and are calm in a communication also in stressing situations. You are structured, pro-active and take ownership and have good understanding of end-to-end processes. You are used to have more balls at the same time in the air without losing focus. You have a team spirit and want to deliver strong results every day. Since we work across cultures and geography in a global matrix organization, it is a necessity that you have good cultural understanding and good English skills both written and spoken.

To be considered for this position you must have several years of work experience with background in regard to:

  • Driving projects and implementations.
  • Coordinate and work with stakeholders.
  • Work diligently and self-driven.
  • Be passioned and motivated on learning and development of people and boost skills/competencies by training offerings.
  • Preferrable, you have advanced PPT skills, Video editing skills or even E-Lesson creation skills.
  • It is a plus if you have experience with the Danfoss Electrical Controllers portfolio or a technical or training position background, but not a must.

Responsibilities:

Additionally, you will have a mentor role for our students, and you will in alignment with your leader secure the follow up on activities and distribution of tasks towards the students.
The office location will be in Nordborg, with flexibility for some rare traveling activities and to site visits when needed.

Your key areas of responsibility will be to:

  • Create common repository on Danfoss Learning for all our product categories.
  • Plan and make e-Lessons, Video´s or webinars with the Product Support subject experts on regular basis.
  • Coordinate face to face training requests and manage the training email inbox.
  • Manage with the training team the upload of new contents to the corresponding content platform for either customers or internals.
  • Take ownership and act as a driver of the different strategic tasks.
  • Build up and Partner-network structure, platform, and Trainings. And coordinate/facilitate invites and trainings.
  • Lead and be responsible for the Mentor-Match platform as well as for the continuous promotion and community activities.
  • Be mentor for the student workers, and support with monthly one on ones with the students to monitor activities as well as distribution of new tasks.
  • Create Product FAQ´s with our Product Experts and publish those on internal own SharePoint or coordinate to publish them on Danfoss Web-site.
