WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in training, curriculum development, or a related role, preferably in a customer care environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using e-learning software, learning management systems (LMS), and other training tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
