WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ensure that all employees receive adequate training in methods and procedures to be followed in the use of materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety, COSHH and where applicable food safety regulations are at all times.
• Take part in the monitoring of quality standards.
• Train staff in the methodology of the monitoring regime in liaison with the Monitoring Manager.
• Assist in the induction of new staff in liaison with the Training Manager.
• Assist Training Manager in the delivery of departmental and company training.
• Ensure staff training records are updated when you have completed any on the job training and all documentation is filed appropriately/
• Liase with the Domestic Payroll Supervisor in respect of keeping training records up date for starters and leavers.

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
• 8:30am - 5pm
• £12.31 - £13.07 per hour
• 27 days annual leave
