Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team supporting our Worksite Group. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and delivering innovative learning solutions that enhance customer experience (CX), engage employees, and support the growth and performance of our organization. As a trusted consultant, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, recommend solutions, implement, and deliver programs that elevate skills, behaviors, and outcomes for employees and customers at all levels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/GED/HiSET
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Consulting, instructional design, facilitation, or a related role with a strong focus on performance improvement.
  • 2+ years of experience in conducting training needs assessments, gap analysis, and performance consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience using analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with learning technologies (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning Theory, Organizational Development, Business Strategy, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Consulting, or a related role with a strong focus on performance improvement.
  • Certification in performance consulting or coaching methodologies (e.g., ISPI, ASTD).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging with all levels of leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous Facilitation Experience.
