WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

• Supporting learners in a wide rage of activities including digital, study, maths and English skills.
• Provide 1:1 or group support to learners
• Plan and organise small group sessions
• Organise and lead teaching activities
  This role will be instrumental in supporting learners to gain wider skills ready for the workplace. You will use appropriate tools, processes, and systems to identify students’ skills needs and plan effective strategies to support skills development.

EKC Group are looking for a Learning and Skills Coach to join our team in Broadstairs College.
As a learning and skills coach you will plan and deliver small group and 1:1 sessions, providing support to learners to maximise their development and build independence for their future careers.
