Description:

We are looking for a Learning Associate to join the Operational Learning team in the Quality department.
The Learning Associate will support the rapidly growing business departments on site defining learning needs in close collaboration with the business process owners and Subject Matter Experts.
The Learning Associate must manage the business training portfolio, update existing trainings and actively drive development of business learning.
Finally the Learning Associate will support the business by coordinating and driving a review of trainings and curriculars in our Learning Management System.
About the Role
The Learning and Development team supports all the different roles on the site in Hillerød, and collaborates with other FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies sites globally. Hence the Learning Associate must have a flair for collaborating internally and externally. They will manage training curriculars and learning assignments including implementation and maintenance of learning material.
The Learning Associate maintains relationships with defined customers and they provide updates to leadership, as required.
The Learning Associate uses their knowledge of systems and processes to challenge and improve current learning processes and functions. They perform assessments of changes requested by business and evaluate control documents for training impact. They make recommendations to address any learning gaps or changes in scope of audience and support audit activities as needed.
The Learning Associate supports business Subject Matter Experts creating and executing the best possible trainings and by booking internal and external courses.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Participate in the Operational Learning team daily operations and performing administrative task such as administration of shared mailbox or updating training curriculums
  • Serves as the primary learning contact for area of responsibility
  • Provide recommendations to support the development of technical training content for area of responsibility
  • Maintain - or drive the development of training items, such as e-learnings based on best learning practice
  • Conduct learning performance consultancy for functional areas of responsibilities

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with the following background and skill sets:

Professional qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master in Learning, Communication, Administration or equivalent
  • Experience with Learning Management System
  • Experience with data analytics tools, e.g. Tableau
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English
  • Knowledge of bio-pharmaceutical production is an advantage, but not a requirement
