An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Coordinator (part-time), to join our busy team.
As Learning Coordinator, you will work as part of the team to provide a warm, professional and informative welcome for Learning groups on arrival, and to support as needed within the
Block E
Learning Centre. You will also support the team with preparation, monitoring resources and assisting with the administration of the Learning Programme.
To be successful, you will have previous administrative experience, excellent organisational skills and be confident communicating in a busy visitor-facing environment. You will be a team player who can provide a high level of customer service delivered with a calm, professional approach.
This post will include frequent movement around the site to facilitate the arrival of coaches and working with groups in the
Block E
Learning Centre.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel. Previous experience of online booking systems would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.

This is a part-time role of 32.5 hours per week, usual office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am until 4.00pm.
The salary is £21,970 per annum based on £25,350 FTE. Benefits include 33 days annual leave per year pro-rata for part time (including statutory holidays), a company pension scheme and a healthcare cash-plan.
You will be based on site at Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes. The ability to flex working hours to accommodate some ad hoc evening/weekend working to support with learning activities as needed, will also be required.
