KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Support business strategies with necessary capability strategy development
• Collaborate with P&C business partners and business owners
• Develop comprehensive learning solutions
• Work agilely on programs and initiatives
• Integrate capability solutions into business operations
• Ensure pastoral care in learning programs
• Support strategic people outcomes

To excel in this role, you should be an effective coach and partner with a strong passion for Learning & Development. You will possess a commercial mindset and a natural ability to evaluate opportunities. Adaptability and proficiency in design thinking are essential.
