Description:
We are searching for a Sales Capability Manager with experience in spearheading Learning and Development strategies within the Commercial/Sales function. In this key role, you will introduce new skills, shape the future of our work, and empower our teams to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- 5-10 years of experience in sales capability development, with a proven record of delivering impactful learning strategies in global or multinational environments.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing learning programs for sales teams, with strong knowledge of modern instructional design and capability-building methodologies.
- Experience in FMCG or a related industry is a plus.
- Strong forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to define and implement learning strategies that anticipate future business needs.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build partnerships
- A data-driven approach to learning, applying insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and value.
- A passion for driving cultural transformation and building hard-working teams.
- Must be willing to travel from time to time
