Learning Consultant (12 months contract)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ year’s relevant business experience and product knowledge within a LISP
• 5+ years’ experience in development of learning material and facilitating of training interventions
• Degree/Diploma/Higher Certificate in Education or related qualification
• Knowledge of legislation i.e. FICA, FAIS, FATCA, OECD and PDD3+ years E-learning development experience

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Degree or Diploma with 4 to 5 years related experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Management of Operational Support department and People management functions
Signing off user specs and provide input for systems developments
Manage SLA’s
Drive the administrative implementation of new and existing processes, procedures, legislative changes and projects
Budgeting, expense management

The Learning and Development Consultant will contribute to the high standard of development and growth of Glacier employees by designing, developing and implementing blended learning solutions and applying best-practice methodologies, practices and standards.
