Essentials

  • Strong ability to identify performance/learning gaps and design and run needs assessments/focus groups/surveys etc
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret the data gathered during the discovery phase of a project
  • Proven experience in designing and developing innovative learning experiences that drive performance and results.
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, learning styles, and learning evaluation methods.
  • Strong data analysis skills to evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make necessary adjustments to continually improve the impact of the learning experiences
  • Strong coaching/mentoring skills
  • Strong project management skills to manage the entire instructional design process, from conducting needs assessments to designing and delivering learning experiences
  • Strong active listening skills to understand stakeholder and learner needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and establish trust
  • Strong ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging way
  • Collaborative mindset to work with stakeholders and team members to develop effective learning solutions that address identified needs and improve organisational performance

Desirable

  • Experience of managing development utilising rapid development tools (e.g., Articulate, Adapt etc)
  • Skilled in developing content using inhouse content platforms – Co-Pilot and Cura
  • Experience of working with monday.com.
