Qualifications

  • Experience as a Customer Sales and Services Agent in a contact center or airport environment is beneficial.
  • Expertise in adult education or workplace learning practices.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with project team members, both internal and external.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels within the organization.
  • High business acumen to align learning objectives with business goals.
  • Strong technical skills to develop effective online, virtual, and mobile learning solutions.
  • Ability to handle pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Revise and maintain learning solutions in collaboration with teams to meet business objectives.
  • Update and create detailed lesson plans, storyboards, wireframes, and other course assets with clear delivery strategies.
  • Maintain and continuously improve existing learning materials for greater learner engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Support the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs for internal teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to ensure learning solutions remain competitive and innovative.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and ensure learning outcomes align with business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management.
  • Consult with team Lead on the execution and delegation of regular and critical course updates.
  • Regularly gather and analyze training feedback and data as an input for planned program maintenance.
  • Review translated materials for accuracy.
