Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least a graduate of a vocational/technical course related to management or office work
  • At least 1-year experience in working as an admin
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications or Power BI
  • Must have a high attention to details

Responsibilities:

  • Assignment of general and role-based onboarding packs to learners including progress monitoring and tracking completion
  • E2E training logistics - class creation, registration, and tracking completion
  • User support in self-paced and facilitator-led learning
  • On-the-day support for attendees or facilitators facilitator-led training
  • Analytics support on training metrics and VPA operations KPI
  • Site maintenance of VPA Sharepoint site
  • Mailbox management of VPA inbox
  • Regular updating of the Training Calendar
  • Provide administrative support to teammates if needed
