Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a graduate of a vocational/technical course related to management or office work
- At least 1-year experience in working as an admin
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications or Power BI
- Must have a high attention to details
Responsibilities:
- Assignment of general and role-based onboarding packs to learners including progress monitoring and tracking completion
- E2E training logistics - class creation, registration, and tracking completion
- User support in self-paced and facilitator-led learning
- On-the-day support for attendees or facilitators facilitator-led training
- Analytics support on training metrics and VPA operations KPI
- Site maintenance of VPA Sharepoint site
- Mailbox management of VPA inbox
- Regular updating of the Training Calendar
- Provide administrative support to teammates if needed
