You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and deliver engaging and effective learning solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. ( OR working towards )
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Officer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and training software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organisational and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored learning programs.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Create and manage training materials and resources.Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional growth.
