QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. ( OR working towards )
  • Proven experience as a Learning and Development Officer or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and training software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored learning programs.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Create and manage training materials and resources.Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional growth.
