POSITION:

At Curaleaf International, we’re deeply committed to our people and equipping them with the tools they need to thrive. We’re seeking an L&D Advisor to help turn this vision into reality.
As L&D Advisor, you will play a key role in support the assessment, development, and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, retention, and succession planning. By contributing to initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives, this position focuses on fostering engagement, nurturing talent, and retaining top performers within the dynamic and rapidly expanding cannabis industry.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Supporting the adoption of digital learning tools and platforms, including the launch of our first Learning Management System.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources, including workshops and e-learning programs.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs, succession planning frameworks, and learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders of all levels to identify training and development needs, as well as drive change initiatives and enhance onboarding processes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • Partner with external institutions to provide internships and manage vendor relationships as needed.
  • Ad-hoc support to International HR Director.

REQUIREMENTS:

To be the right fit, you will be passionate about your work, promoting a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

It is essential you have:

  • Experience in Organizational Development and Learning & Development.
  • Knowledge of change management principles, adult learning theories, and diverse learning styles.
  • A proficiency in Learning Management Systems and modern learning methodologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective consultation, coaching abilities, and the ability to design impactful Organisational Design interventions.

Although not essential, it would be beneficial to also have:

  • Experience in implementing LMS software
  • Certification (or experience) in psychometric tools
  • Experience in an International business
  • HR Qualification in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
