Join Farrans, a dynamic company fostering a culture of continuous learning. We’re seeking a Learning and Development Assistant to join our Learning and Development team to enhance skills and support those within our organisation.
As a key player in our learning initiatives, you’ll coordinate administrative support, foster a learning culture, and ensure the success of training programs, professional development, and compliance within the industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Liaise with and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
  • Multitask effectively, take responsibility, and be accountable.
  • Thrive under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Attention to detail, prioritisation skills, time management and consistent deadline adherence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
  • Previous administration experience within a professional environment is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary contact for learning and development in assigned business unit(s).
  • Schedule and communicate learning initiatives, ensuring timely maintenance of employee competencies.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for training.
  • Generating accurate monthly reports on needs and costs, sometimes within tight deadlines or short notice
  • Provide professional administrative support to the department, focusing on developing administrative competencies, including processing of invoices.
  • Represent Company at schools, colleges and universities at careers events when required.
