Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Join our dynamic Group Services team as a Learning & Development Business Partner ad interim. You’ll strengthen the HR team during the maternity leave of our L&D Business Partner for a 5-month mission, starting end of September ‘24.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Champion Learning & Development: You’ll be the driving force behind Learning & Development, working your magic to develop and maintain programs that keep our team at the top of their game.
  • Collaborate & Create: Partner with our key business stakeholders to identify learning needs and turn them into clear, actionable goals.
  • Manage the Essentials: Oversee our Learning Management System, training budget, and calendar. You’ll ensure that training requests and schedules run like a well-oiled machine.
  • Efficient Execution: Work with training partners to deliver top-notch training sessions. You’ll organize these in the most efficient way possible, going from (co-)defining training content to planning them in and practical coordination.
  • Be the Go-To Learning Guru: You’ll be the first point of contact for all learning-related queries. Training requests? Schedules? You’ve got it covered.
  • Measure Success: Implement and manage systems to track the effectiveness of our learning initiatives. You’ll set up monitoring systems or reporting structures to keep us informed and on track.
  • Learning & Development Projects: Support projects to enhance our Learning & Development offering.
