Description:

This is a great opportunity for a motivated person for someone who has never worked in Learning & Development before and is suited to someone looking to join a team where they can grow and develop in a supported environment. We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to play a key role in enhancing and developing our colleague’s skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

Digital Learning:

  • Support the implementation of the new Learning Management and Workforce Management Systems.
  • Assist in the production of innovative digital learning solutions, for example, the production of training videos.

Training Delivery & Support:

  • Ability to deliver a positive and welcoming Company Induction to all our new employees which will include manual handling instruction and assessment – training will be provided for both.
  • Ability to deliver basic cleaning skills training to the highest standard.
  • Support the on-boarding process for new colleagues – this will include assisting new colleagues to complete administrative requirements, understanding, and navigating our L&D and HR app.

Coordination and Logistics:

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Communicate training schedules and details to participants through the Learning Management System.
  • Ensuring that our Training Centre creates an excellent impression to all employees and visitors.

Administration:

  • Assist with the organisation and distribution of training materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, evaluations, and outcomes.
  • Generate regular reports on training activities and impact.
  • Assist HR with day-to-day administration duties.

Collaboration & Team:

  • Foster a positive learning and development culture within the company.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation.
  • Be comfortable working both in a team environment and on own initiative.
  • Act as an ambassador for Derrycourt while on Client sites or participating in external

events
