Description:

As the Learning & Development Co-ordinator you will provide hands on support to the Head of HR with the full management of the UK Academy. You will have a full and thorough understanding of the administration and maintenance of the LMS system. Regularly review the training practices and the tools used to ensure they produce the desired results as well as working with external training providers. You will be instrumental in supporting the effective delivery of training plans that meet the organisational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Full management of the UK Academy, and E-Learning platforms including administration and maintenance
  • Fully manage and oversee the in-house employee training systems that addresses company training needs and assessments, new employee orientation or onboarding, management development, and the measurement of training impact
  • Accurate and timely reporting of all learner training information in the learning management system to ensure full compliance.
  • A full and thorough understanding of the administration and input of all the required information ensuring that the Academy LMS is always kept up to date and maintained.
  • Support the Head of HR in producing and providing monthly training data.
  • Maintain and sets up reports as directed by the Head of HR.
  • Assist the Head of HR to develop and identify learning and development opportunities making the best use of the learning management system in line with the Business Objectives
  • Responsible for ensuring that all course information is uploaded and maintained on the system
  • Communicate and support all learners in the use of the learning management system, providing training to users on the best use of the system, including timely responses to questions and queries.
  • Regular review of training practices and the tools used to ensure they produce the desired results. Refine the solutions when necessary, liaising with employees, HR, general managers, and the Head of HR throughout.
  • Build positive internal and external relationships with Employees, Managers, and any other stakeholders.
  • Delivery will require a consistent high standard of administration and non-administration activities.
  • Responsible for the logistics of all face to face and online training modules, including booking venues, accommodation, and refreshments.
