Our client, a leading Biotech company based in Basel, is looking for someone with a deep understanding of L&D practices, strategic thinking and interpersonal abilities to navigate such a change within a matrix organisation as Learning & Development Consultant (m/f/d).
Start Date: Asap
End Date: 31.12.2024 with the option of extension
Workload: 80 - 100%
Location: Basel (CH)
Work model: Contracting

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related disciplines, preferred Psychology or Industrial Organization
  • min. 5 years of experience in the L&D enviroment
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in L&D strategy development and implementation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced english language skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic plan for the centralisation of the L&D - defining objectives, key results, and timelines
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing L&D practices, resources, and technologies
  • Engage key stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and align on L&D vision and strategy
  • Develop change management strategies and facilitate communication and training programs
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing L&D practices, resources, and technologies
  • Assist in the implementation of the L&D strategy, providing recommendations on technologies and processes
  • Establish metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of L&D initiatives
