As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our learning culture. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the global Talent Management & People Development organization in the effective delivery of the global training and development activities by coordinating and implementing initiatives within the area. Your contributions will directly support the growth and development of our employees across the organization. You will report to the Global HR Shared Service Center Manager in Krakow and with a functional reporting line to the Head of Global People Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support global usage of our Learning Portal (Docebo) and train new HR colleagues, managers and other administrators in the system
- Coordinate and administrate corporate training programs
- Support employees to navigate the Learning Portal
- Secure key resources and perform nomination processes for the Global Leadership learning Portfolio
- Improve the way of working with the learning portal administration and surrounding administration processes together with the Process Owners
- Provide data analytics, impact measurements and learning statistics
- Build and update relevant webpages on our intranet (Sharepoint) for employees, managers and HR community in relation to Learning & Development
- Contribute to the sprints / projects being scoped for transforming Learning at Alfa Laval
- Lead the network of Learning Admins for Alfa Laval
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in learning and development or a related field in a multinational environment
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (preferably Docebo)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Structured approach and attention to details
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 tools
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, develop and take own responsibility to deliver excellent service and support
- Spoken and written fluency in English
