Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the full Training & Development
  • You create a monthly training plan
  • You coordinate the mandatory training such as emergency response, fire safety training & welcome days
  • You ensure that everyone completes all Marriott training courses on time
  • You are the general point of contact for L&D related questions
  • You maintain good contacts with all managers so that you can determine training needs and fulfill them
    In addition, we think it is very important that you enjoy your work and that you can continue to challenge yourself. We will work with you to identify projects and HR passions to get the best out of you, the team and the hotel.
