Responsibilities:
It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:
- This position is responsible for designing and maintaining a variety of learning experiences including instructor led, eLearning and visuals to create desired learning solutions for multiple stakeholders across TJX Canada. Provides input into the quality and consistency of new and existing learning and development products and materials to ensure effectiveness in achieving desired developmental and performance results.
- In collaboration with Learning & Development Design Manager and various stakeholders, creates instructor led, virtual or eLearning solutions.
- Leverages innovative technology in order to support learning at the time of need.
- Works with business partners to identify and assess client learning needs and audience development level; researches written materials and partners with subject matter experts to ensure alignment on learning content and desired learning outcomes.
- Designs and develops comprehensive participant guides, leader guides, and job aids. Creates and uses mixed media such as video and animation to enhance content and drive learner engagement.
- Utilizes graphic design techniques and tools, such as InDesign to update existing design documents and templates to integrate content for programs.
