Learning & Development Executive | Hilton Dubai Palm
At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is looking for Learning & Development Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in hotel industry, preferably 5-star hotel experience. This a supervisory role.

Learning & Development Executive will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Provide quality training to Team Members.
  • Assist in coordinating and administering external Trainings.
  • Adhere to in-house training plan.
  • Identify training and development needs systematically throughout the hotel in conjunction with Line Managers/Head of Department, HR Manager, and Training Manager.
  • Assist department Trainers in achieving training objectives and review on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare, organize, administer and conduct in-house training courses.
  • Ensure new employees have received onboarding Training, departmental and legal training.
  • Ensure Hilton Online Trainings are completed by Team members. Monitor the system to track and report.
  • Work along with Human Resources Team to roll out Team Member recognition activities and Travel with Purpose activities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all the stakeholder in a friendly and positive manner.
  • Ability to listen, speak and write English to ascertain and respond to stakeholder needs.
  • Able to bring innovative ideas such as video making, animation, leveraging digital technology and social media to market and communicate training, development objectives and to implement learning solutions.
  • Perform other duties as required.
