Learning & Development Facilitator

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

• Develop education resources to drive staff development and engagement and foster a strong learning culture including leadership development
• Provide market research and recommendations on service program areas
• Research and monitor business trading results across departments to recognise where new training programs are needed
• Work closely with the Salon Education Manager for an aligned education strategy across eLearning & in store programs
• Coach and mentor the Hairhouse Influencer team to participate in education programs for internal education and consumer facing platforms
• Identify skills gaps and research, plan and facilitate in-house training for Support Centre staff
• Developing/Supporting/Training in various project initiatives across departments to drive store sales, policies and processes

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, THE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Training and Assessment certificate IV
• Strong track record as a trainer and facilitator working with corporate or government training programs supporting positive customer service and retail sales growth
• Ability to develop & implement face to face and online training programs
• Experience in the retail, customer service or hair care related industry
• Proficient with Microsoft office, Articulate 360 and Adobe Suite
• Proven performance in project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills
