Job Introduction We are looking for:
A Learning & Development Facilitator to support the enhancement of the performance and capability of the organisation through continuous personal development of our people, and in so doing, support on the delivery of a key component of the Pharmaron Employer Value Proposition.
As the successful candidate, you will require meticulous attention to detail and for all work to be conducted strictly in accordance with company Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures. You will also have excellent writing, project management, planning and multi-channel communications experience is essential. There can be sensitive content at times, so you would be required to demonstrate exemplary personal judgment.
You will act as an ambassador for the Pharmaron Values, demonstrating professional behaviour whilst representing our Business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BSc in Human Resources, Psychology or related field is preferred
  • Accreditation in Insights Discovery and proven ability of delivering Insights Discovery solutions in both Insights derived sessions and bespoke sessions that add value to individuals and teams
  • Understanding and track record of evaluating the impact of learning solutions delivered into a fast-paced business environment
  • A sound understanding of learning and development, with proven experience in developing and implementing learning and development strategies in line with organisational priorities
  • Experience in implementing and delivering learning and development programs across a multi-site business
  • A track record of designing and delivering learning and development programmes with extensive experience of identifying and acting upon opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Planning and organisation skills: capable of multi-tasking and stakeholder and relationship management

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Services Lead for Learning & Development to Identify areas for personal development across the organisation, segmenting that demand in terms of development need and appropriate grouping within the business.
  • Design and Deliver appropriate Learning & Development activities and development programmes as required by individuals and teams across the Business.
  • Work with the HR Services Lead for Learning & Development to continuously improve the personal development programme through structured monitoring, evaluation and reviews of programmes, combined with ongoing analysis of changing needs within the organisation.
  • Support the delivery of informative and regular reports appropriate for relevant stakeholders, to provide the Pharmaron leadership with clarity on the delivery of the L&D programme, performance against budget and plan, its impact, identified needs and further improvements.
  • Work with the L&D Co-ordinator to maintain the L & D records within Sage PRO with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the development of, and effectively contribute to the Learning & Development portal that provides easy access to development materials and training course information
  • Undertake the delivery of a variety of Insights Discovery related sessions aimed at improving Self-Awareness within individuals and the ability to adapt and connect to others to improve.
