Learning & Development Generalist - HR Recruitment

JOB SUMMARY:

Conducting sourcing & interviews with job applicants. Monitoring of raffle items and distribution of giveaways to employees. Assist with L&D programs sending of confirmation emails, coordinating with employees re: details of the training, and all other training preparations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate in HR related courses
• With experience in recruitment
• With background in Events Management (sourcing, vendor management)
• Experience in Training Admin.
• Marketing Collateral design (using Photoshop, Canva, other design application)
• With good communication skills (English)
• With good organization skills; initiative, proactive and preferably an extrovert
• Creative and internet savvy
• With experience in hosting/speaker of an event.

• Sourcing of candidates & Interview candidates.
• Sourcing of venue for our engagement programs, as well as coordinating with the respective PIC’S
• Creatives (producing posters and decorations for our events)
• Monitoring of raffle items and distribution of giveaways to employees
• Assist with L&D programs (sending of confirmation emails, coordinating with employees: re: details of the training, and all other training preparations.
• Other admin tasks required with EE / L&D Team.
