Responsibilities:

- Lead from the front: Coordinate learning programs for all levels, from new hires to senior leadership, ensuring they’re equipped for success.
- Analyze and adapt: Regularly assess our training needs, gathering feedback to improve learning solutions and deliver top-notch development experiences.
- Collaborate and elevate: Work closely with HR Business Partners, department heads and external partners to deliver relevant, future-proof training programs.
- Nurture talent: Develop tailored learning pathways that foster growth, upskilling, and career progression for our employees.
- Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with the latest in learning technologies, methods, and trends to ensure Digi Belgium stays on the cutting edge of employee development.
