The Learning & Development Lead plays a key role in driving a high-performance culture by creating meaningful development experiences that cultivate exceptional talent. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing development programs and solutions that will enhance talent across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support complex initiatives to advance competence, capabilities, and performance of the OneAmerica enterprise at all levels through effective and robust development programs and resources.
- Develop frameworks, methodology, infrastructure, tools, and metrics needed for managing development activities through to expected business outcomes.
- Recommend and deliver blended learning experiences, services, trainings, and other interventions that are aligned with proven theory and practice.
- Stay current with trends in the learning and development industry.
- Leverage technology, learning systems and vendor partners to enhance and supplement comprehensive development experiences.
- Consult with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to assess OneAmerica’s and stakeholder development needs.
- Regularly evaluate learning and development programs to ensure they are achieving the goals of the enterprise.
- Lead special projects and project components that have enterprise-wide scope and high impact on business outcomes including research, detailed planning and execution of initiatives and programs (e.g., engagement, talent initiatives, learning solutions, etc.).
