LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Are you passionate about driving growth and efficiency within sales teams? At Aerial Group, we are seeking an L&D Manager who will work closely with the Head of People Services and the Group Sales Director to define and deliver an impactful Learning & Development Strategy. This strategy will focus primarily on enhancing the capabilities of our sales teams while also ensuring operational efficiencies and clear development pathways for all roles within the organization.
In this hands-on role, you will oversee a small team and collaborate with all business units to foster knowledge improvement, operational efficiency, and career progression throughout the company.

OUR PROCESS
Step 1: Is there a fit? Youll have a chat with our Talent Acquisition team, talk through your past experiences and what it is youre looking for from your career
Step 2: Meet with your would-be manager, our Head of People Services, and a member of our Sales management team to talk through your motivations, whilst also getting a feeling for Aerial Direct. Youll run through a few scenario based questions, and get the opportunity to ask anything youd like to learn about.
Step 3: Demonstrate your skills and expertise Youll run through a presentation with our Head of People Services and our Group Sales Director, as well as running through any last-minute questions you might have.
Step 4: If it looks like a good fit from both sides, well be looking to make you an offer!
