Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist Coordinator to provide essential support for academic and professional development activities across our organisation. If you’re a strong communicator, skilled in managing multiple priorities, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, this role could be the perfect fit!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the L&D Business Partner to manage employee registration for academic and professional pathways.
  • Support Early Careers recruitment, liaising with educational institutions and professional bodies.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is well-organised and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate training activities, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Act as a liaison between employees, managers, and educational institutions to facilitate a positive learning experience.
    Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled in stakeholder engagement. Experience with data management and familiarity with the Apprenticeship Levy and CITB Grant process are highly beneficial.
