Highstreet is currently seeking to fill the full-time position of Learning & Development Specialist to join our growing team located in Kelowna, BC.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Satisfactory criminal and credit background check.

• Help solve business needs and goals through the development of training programs.
• Support curriculum development.
• Work with outlines and internal and external Subject Matter Experts to develop engaging and effective learning and training activities suitable for adult learners.
• Plan, design, and develop various training activities.
• Build training activities using a variety of delivery methods and technology.
• Utilize courseware authoring programs to create e-learning courses.
• Create multi-media content.
• Revise and update content, training activities and courses.
• Deliver and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Keep up to date on adult learning best practices
