  • The Absolut Group, the brand owner of our global white spirits portfolio, whose Gin brand unit and Business Acceleration team sit in London.

Your new team
As an integral member of the Learning & Development team, which is part of the Talent & Learning CoE, you will support our learning transformation. You will join a team of three, with the purpose of defining, designing, developing, delivering, and communicating best in class learning opportunities. Our aim, by doing so, is ‘to grow our people, to grow our businesses’, through a continuous learning culture. Our guiding principle is that we put learning in the hands of all our employees in the UK. We operate in a fast-paced, convivial, and collaborative environment, working across group companies in the UK together with the wider HR team.
Your unique contribution

You will have 3 main areas of responsibility which will further our learning culture:

  • Support the implementation of L&D projects, managing behavioural and leadership development projects, from project management to communication & engagement plans, and from budgeting to LMS management and administration for our UK population and some global populations
  • Identify learning needs across our business, applying our learning expertise to recommend and design future-fit, blended learning solutions.
  • Create and use learning dashboards and analytics, measure ROI and impact, and propose actions.

Who you’ll be working with
Internally, you’ll work with x2 other L&D Specialists, x2 Talent Managers, x11 HRBPs (across all UK group companies/functions), x2 CoEs (Talent Attraction/C&B), x3 Communications teams, PR University (Global Learning HQ) and Business Functions.
Externally, your contacts will be learning providers, existing and new, supporting the delivery of our learning portfolio.
Your blend of talent

This position could be right for you if you:

  • Have L&D, training, or relevant employee development experience, and are skilled in areas such as learning needs analysis, instructional design, LMS management, and facilitation.
  • Possess strong project management and budget management skills, leading assigned projects from concept to delivery, including demonstrating ROI and impact, with high levels of self-accountability.
  • Take a customer-centric approach, always considering the end learner and business, and possess collaborative skills, adopting a strong team spirit and positive attitude.
  • Have solid stakeholder management skills, confidently interacting with senior leaders (HR / non-HR) and influencing where needed.
  • Have a continued learning mindset, eager to learn from external/internal trends, bringing recommendations to further our learning transformation.
  • Have experience working in a matrixed global environment, understanding and navigating geographical differences and cultures effectively.
