Description:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3-4 years experience as L&D / OD Trainer or Facilitator within Human Resources
- Proven Experience in Remote Training: Demonstrated ability to effectively design, deliver, and manage training programs in a fully remote environment using various digital tools and platforms.
- Technological/Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in using various digital tools and platforms for training, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and collaboration tools. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and train remote employees.
- Adaptability and Innovation: Ability to adapt training methods to leverage technology and streamline processes, continuously seeking innovative approaches to improve training effectiveness and efficiency.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Capability to analyze training metrics and feedback to continuously improve training programs and demonstrate their impact on organizational performance.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Self-motivated and Disciplined: Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Cultural Competence: Ability to work with and train a diverse, global workforce, understanding and respecting different cultures and learning styles.
