Description:

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible to curate and implement learning and development, talent development, leadership development and employee engagement programmes for all levels of employees and across all JERAGM locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or relevant field
  • More than 5 years of experience in learning and development capacity, with strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and experience in learning content design, and talent development processes.
  • Strong background with e-learning platforms and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ability to identify, analyse and evaluate issues and provides appropriate learning solutions and responses to situations within policy/guidelines.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Create innovative learning experiences using a variety of delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning.
  • Design and execute out-of-classroom’ learning that enables building a continuous learning culture that supports employees getting just-in-time learning.
  • Curate learning content and facilitate engaging and interactive learning programs.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Proactively form credible relationships, provide consultation to stakeholders to maximize value and impact of learning solutions, representing and championing the function in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with relevant HR stakeholders on agreed learning and development matters to drive consistency of learning implementation, processes and communications.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure learning content and resources are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage the communications, procurement, registration processes and logistical arrangements for delivering the programs. This includes working with internal stakeholders such as employees and line managers, and external stakeholders such as learning providers and venue operators to plan and implement in-house and external learning programs.
  • Track utilization of learning budget, update employee learning records, and conduct data analysis of learning feedback.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Oversees the management and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System.
