Description:
SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team for an 18-month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to our Senior Learning & Development Consultant, this role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning content, including e-learning, facilitation guides and resources in line with legislative and regulatory compliance obligations, competency standards and business unit specific requirements. The Learning & Development Specialist will also provide both in-person and online facilitation to a range of audiences across all SkyCity sites (including New Zealand when required) and will build and maintain ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assist with identifying training needs and improvements in collaboration with the wider L&D team.
