Description:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TRAINERS!

Salary: £27,500.00 annually
Location: Swansea Marina Head Office (SA1 3XL)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

REQUIRED SKILL SET:

  • Proven experience as a Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Good industry knowledge is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of effective training methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners of all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

We are seeking well-rounded, motivated, and passionate Trainers to join our Learning & Development team. As a Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing training programs that foster employee growth and development. Ideal candidates will possess a strong passion for Learning & Development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and inspire others. Your expertise in designing and delivering effective training solutions will be crucial in driving our mission forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, design, and revise training programs to meet the evolving needs of our expanding workforce.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new staff, introducing them to CES, our mission, and our operations.
  • Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring an engaging learning experience.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Work with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Support employees in their professional growth and career progression within CES.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in Learning & Development to ensure our training programs are cutting-edge.
  • Track employee progress and maintain comprehensive training records.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
