We have a fantastic opportunity for an additional Learning and Development Trainer to join our friendly and enthusiastic team! This role covers our services from the many roundabouts in Milton Keynes, to the beautiful city of York and anywhere in-between. There will also be travel anywhere deemed necessary by Brainkind.
Why join us?
Brainkind is a charity that aims to improve the lives of people with brain injuries in the UK. Our Complex Care Centres, Rehabilitation Units and Supported Living Services use expert neurorehabilitation to support people to regain the skills they have lost. We treat people with a range of brain injuries – sustained through trauma, illness, substance abuse and more – to recover and meet their personal goals. Our employees are incredibly passionate about the jobs they do – you will find a dedicated team spirit across our services and amazing colleagues who always pull together and look out for each other.
We are looking for someone who can create an engaging learning environment for Our People, and who wants to bring value and enhance our Learning and Development outcomes. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the quality of care and support that is delivered to The People We Support, through delivering high quality training to our teams.
There will be regular travel with some overnight stays required.
At our services, you will get the chance to see how our rehabilitation and support services work and gain a full understanding of how the training you deliver impacts on the quality of care.
