Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively define appropriate learning solutions using formal design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Develop organizational knowledge to be able to tap resources and share best practices.
  • Design learning experiences for blended and virtual classroom
  • Structuring and reshaping content to adjust to changing needs and optimize learning solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Execute small scale global initiatives end-to-end, including working with global SMEs, adapting and versioning content for nuances, and managing translations.
  • Use consulting approach to establish relationships and manage expectations with stakeholders.
  • Effectively work with subject matter experts to obtain information necessary to the successful implementation of the learning experience.
  • Keep up with current industry trends.
  • Maintain deployed learning solutions following established maintenance plan.
  • Use consulting approach to establish relationships and manage expectations with stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Create and implement modes of assessment to measure effectiveness of learning experience; analyze results and initiate modifications based on data
  • Leverage design thinking principles to explore options for learning experiences and brainstorm with clients/stakeholders/SMEs
  • Assessment and measurement strategies for learning solution redesign - identifying true learning gaps and consulting with stakeholder when issues fall outside of learning
  • Ensure maintenance is executed according to communicated schedule.
  • Build and maintain formal project plans with multiple design resources, potentially managing other resources on the project
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, self-prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Establish, socialize, and implement maintenance plans for deployed deliverables.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Participate as Lead in large projects or design workshops.
  • Attend meetings and report status
