Description:
Robert Half, one of FORTUNE’s World’s Most Admired Companies and a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For is hiring a Learning Experience Designer III who will support our Experience Design department.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively define appropriate learning solutions using formal design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Develop organizational knowledge to be able to tap resources and share best practices.
- Design learning experiences for blended and virtual classroom
- Structuring and reshaping content to adjust to changing needs and optimize learning solutions with minimal guidance.
- Execute small scale global initiatives end-to-end, including working with global SMEs, adapting and versioning content for nuances, and managing translations.
- Use consulting approach to establish relationships and manage expectations with stakeholders.
- Effectively work with subject matter experts to obtain information necessary to the successful implementation of the learning experience.
- Keep up with current industry trends.
- Maintain deployed learning solutions following established maintenance plan.
- Use consulting approach to establish relationships and manage expectations with stakeholders at the executive level.
- Create and implement modes of assessment to measure effectiveness of learning experience; analyze results and initiate modifications based on data
- Leverage design thinking principles to explore options for learning experiences and brainstorm with clients/stakeholders/SMEs
- Assessment and measurement strategies for learning solution redesign - identifying true learning gaps and consulting with stakeholder when issues fall outside of learning
- Ensure maintenance is executed according to communicated schedule.
- Build and maintain formal project plans with multiple design resources, potentially managing other resources on the project
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, self-prioritize to meet deadlines
- Establish, socialize, and implement maintenance plans for deployed deliverables.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Participate as Lead in large projects or design workshops.
- Attend meetings and report status
