ABOUT THE JOB
Join our Group Learning & Development team (L&D) within the HUB Group HR in Lisbon, a cross-functional department responsible for defining, managing, and leading the Learning & Development strategy for the BNP Paribas Group.
Thanks to its strategic positioning and expertise, this team develops cross-functional offers and academies to support the Group’s major transformation projects and key skills identified by the Strategic Workforce Planning exercises.
PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS
Within a squad
- You will design adapted training paths, from engineering to the development of training modules.
- You will create the content and/or supervises the creation if done by an external service provider.
- You will explore the different pedagogical support scenarios and you will advise on the choice to be retained before the engineering and production phases.
- You will ensure consistency between the training content and the skills to be developed in a process of pooling and optimizing learning offers catalogue.
- You will lead workshops with different stakeholders and seek buy-in to ensure the proper deployment and usage of the developed learning solutions.
- You will carry out market watch and shares L&D trends with peers to improve skills development initiatives.
- You will actively participate in team Agile rituals, including sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning.
Profile
You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or similar role
Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principal
Experience with e-learning platform, authoring tools and learning management system
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to engage and motivate learner
Proficiency in Data analysis and learning metrics to assess program effectiveness
You are keen to work in agile way and with a growth mindset.
French speaking is a plus
