In support of the Strategic Partnership ‘Make Way’, Liliane Fonds is searching for a:

LEARNING & KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT ADVISER

This is a paid position for 24 hours per week (0.63 FTE) / temporary position for 12/13 months.

Responsibilities:

As a Learning & Knowledge Development adviser (0,43 fte) you contribute to the work of the Make Way toolkit- and curriculum development group, the development of Information Education Communication materials and infographics and you support facilitating masterclasses and the Community of Practice for trainers.
Besides the role of a Learning & Knowledge adviser you also have the role of a Programme Officer (0,2 fte) in the Make Way Consortium; you support the Programme Manager in her responsibility overseeing the country and program context of Liliane Fonds in the Make Way consortium.
In both roles you contribute to strong and effective collaboration with and between consortium partners and within Liliane Fonds through regular communication, consortium meetings (mostly online) and team meetings. As a Programme Officer you facilitate input for proposal development and knowledge sharing within Liliane Fonds to support sustainability of the Make Way gains.
You will be part of the Programme Strategy & Learning team of the Programmes Department. You will receive hierarchical guidance from the Manager, to whom you also report. You will work closely with other colleagues who are committed to this programme in the consortium and collaborate with other team members and Programmes Department staff to share and embed lessons learned, products, etc. within the organization.
