Overview:
The Operations Academy Team operates within the Operations Performance Enablement Group. Our mission is to support LSEG Operations employees through their Career lifecycle, onboarding new employees, build technical skills, embedding ways of working, and developing operations leaders. Through targeted, relevant, impactful, and timely learning solutions, we foster growth and excellence in Operations.
The Learning Manager will report to the Director of Operations Academy and lead a team of learning professionals, passionate about designing, creating, implementing, and maintaining global programs that are targeted, efficient, cost-effective, and ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience aligned with business priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Learning Specialists, Senior Learning Consultants, and Learning Consultants across operational centers in Manila, Bangalore, Cape Town, and Gdynia.
  • Initiate, manage, deliver, and evaluate global learning programs that improve employee competencies which are aligned with business requirements.
  • Engage stakeholders and foster a culture of continuous learning by identifying areas for improvement and defining action plans.
  • Collaborate with functional Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts to develop new learning programs and maintain existing ones.
  • Maximise your expertise in the latest Learning & Development industry trends to provide learning solutions that support business priorities and professional growth for Operations employees.
  • Regularly provide updates on learning program effectiveness, participation rates, and impact on employee and business performance.
  • Generate reports on key metrics, such as completion rates, learner satisfaction, and program ROI .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify additional reporting needs and tailoring reports accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years experience in a Learning Professional role.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing team and individual performance.
  • Thought leadership and critical thinking in designing and executing large-scale learning programs.
  • Experience in effective learning program evaluation, measurement, and reporting.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at a Senior or Executive level within a complex matrix environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and building high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive creative outcomes in ambiguous situations.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Learning & Development trends and industry standard methodologies.
