    As Learning Operations and Delivery Lead within our Learning Delivery Management team, you’ll be responsible for the implementation of training courses; you will coordinate different stages and functionally manage the Group Service Provider (NIIT) within your scope. This includes effective coordination, compliance and support activities.

EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in Learning/Training development preferably from GBS background
  • Team management and/or project management experience
  • Experience managing external service providers

SOFT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Ability to work and collaborate in a matrix, international, virtual and diverse environment with different time zones
  • Sense of relationship, empathy and great listening ability
  • Ability to challenge, design a strategy and pragmatic solutions
  • Team spirit, service and results oriented, dynamic, agile
  • Adaptability and openness to change
  • IT knowledge and experience of training tools (LMS iLearn / Cornerstone + LXP Sanofi U / HowNow) would be a plus
  • Methodic, analytical personality with a keen eye for data
  • Experience with tools and methods used in planning, engagement and communicatins
    Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration
    Languages: Fluency in English

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the implementation of the overall processes and systems for supporting and sustaining deployment of learning solutions.
  • Manage relationship with the Regional stakeholders: Learning Business Partners, Local Delivery Managers, business stakeholders, etc.
  • Manages learning process outsourcing vendors, including transmission of training needs, coordinating planning, defining and enforcing processes and ensuring the tools in use are specific to the need and in alingment with operating model.
  • Supervise the transmission of training needs expressed by the business or LBP to the external service provider for integration and implementation management (administrative - logistics - financial)
  • Drive continuous improvement of the processes and the development of new activities to be entrusted to the service provider
  • Implementation of the iLearn level 2 support
  • Coordinates the administrative organization of training actions
  • Purchase requests, invoice management and signage of training needs
  • Be first point of contact of the Regional Learning Institutes” for Delivery/implementation of sessions
  • Be a privileged contact person for legal entities and concerning all types of how-tos on training data, the implementation of sessions, the entry/resumption of history, the link with local training stakeholders (DA, HSE contacts, PEP, etc.) Knows how to redirect to the right people or tools available
  • Participates in budget monitoring meetings, update of the offer in iLearn, quality monitoring training, regulatory evolution
  • Ensures compliance with global/local procedures.
  • Respects and applies the regulatory framework of the country’s legislation and the training agreement, according to the information provided by the field expert (Regulatory & Social)
  • Ensures efficient implementation of the Learning Delivery Management Target Operating Model deployed and drives continuous improvements (in alignment of the Learning Global strategy)
  • Monitors and continuously drives service performance improvement through metrics & KPIs as defined in SLAs with external vendor(s).
  • Oversees translation needs for global offers and communications
  • Learning Catalogue: Coordinates the update and participates in the evolution of the France-specific catalogue of forums with LBPs
  • Contributes to the validation and updating of the various knowledge base training articles
  • Ensures level 3 responses from iLearn support
